Stolen Apple Ipad

Alert!
This Apple Ipad has been reported stolen.
Serial Number :    GB03619BETV
Make :   Apple
Model :   Ipad
Year :   2010
Color :   Blk and Silver in a black OTTE
Additional Info :   After unboarding the plane upon our arrival in S.F., we headed for baggage claim and no sooner did we pass through the security check (less than 3-4 minutes -making it impossible for us to return to the gate), I realized I left my Apple Ipad in the seat pocket of the plane. I went directly to Delta Baggage Office who called down to the plane and the people cleaning the plane said it was not there. I insisted it was and the person from the office went and checked herself only to return and reiterate it was not there. The Ipad had a finder app on it so with the baggage claim employees, we activated the ap from my Iphone and a satelite photo showed my Ipad in the employee parking area located immediately outside the gate we arrived in. This all happened in less than 30 min.!!! S.F. police were notified and they attempted to search the vehicles they could but a shift change had just occured and with a couple hours, the Ipad locator showed "unable to locate", someone wiped it clean. S.F.P.D. informed me that this was a common problem with the airline and they were doing their best to prove to both the airline itself and the public that it was a huge problem! A report was filed. All Delta would tell me is that "our employees would never do such a thing"!!! Pathetic. But what's on lost customer to such a large airline...
