Additional Info :   My work bakkie's gearbox broke so i looked on the internet for another one. I found an ad for a new gearbox and contacted the person. We arranged for the bakkie to be taken to his premises (he is working from another guys premises in Alrode). At first he said it will take 2 days to fix it. We paid him for the gearbox and labour. After 2 days het phones us and said he needs another R550 that we also paid him but did not get a receipt. He had the bakkie from the 26 January 2013 and everyday he says he still needs to do a few things - Or has got another excuse. Last week a lady phoned us saying we must come and take our bakkie off her premises for it has been standing there for +-3 weeks. We then went and towed the bakkie to our house but then found that the gearbox, the battery and all our tools are missing. We contacted the person but he got excuses every day or does not answer his phone or he says he is on his way to us to bring our money and all the missing stuff. I do not know what to do as for it is our business bakkie and we are loosing money and can not do our fittings for the bakkie is standing in our garage with all the stuff missing. Please help me to get things sorted out with this person. Regards
